레시피는 초간단이다.
두부와 간장, 간마늘, 대파, 고춧가루만 약간 있어도 기본적인 맛은 완성된다. 냉장고에 있는 야채까지 더해서 양념장 만들어 두부 졸이고 적당히 끓여주면 된다.

이건 꿀에 절인 간 마늘이다. 이렇게 두면 보관도 편하고 사용하기도 편리하다. 원래는 목감기에 먹으려고 했는데, 마늘이 너무 많이 들어가서 먹기가 힘들어서 요리 재료로 사용하고 있다.
